The Maracá Coffee Table is a dialogue between organic form and pure geometry. Its tabletop, defined by fluid contours and asymmetrical edges, reveals the natural rings of the wood—traces of time that record the tree’s growth, resilience, and history.
The spherical legs, carved from canjarana wood, contrast with the lightness of the top, introducing a playful yet grounded presence. Each sphere is crafted from reclaimed solid wood, highlighting the warm reddish tones of canjarana, which add intensity and depth to the composition.
This contrast between an organic top and a precise base transforms the table into a focal point of contemplation and movement within the space.
Each slab tabletop is unique and impossible to replicate, as it is shaped by the singular nature of the tree itself. However, the design language can be reproduced using different wood cuts, allowing new interpretations while preserving its authorial identity.
